Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy, relevance, and suitability of the selected program before enrollment. Once enrolled, programs are strictly non-transferable.
Users must ensure access to a stable internet connection and a valid payment method to avail of any services provided by EasySynopsis. EasySynopsis ensures the confidentiality and security of payment transactions. In compliance with the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), EasySynopsis does not store credit card details or other sensitive payment credentials. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Users acknowledge that third-party payment service providers may store payment credentials based on the user’s consent. EasySynopsis is not responsible for such storage or for any loss, misuse, or unauthorized access to information resulting from actions of third-party payment providers. Any such risks are assumed solely by the user.
EasySynopsis reserves the right to modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services, features, or offerings at any time without prior notice. In the event that a paid service is discontinued, refund considerations, if any, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of EasySynopsis.
Users are required to review and comply with EasySynopsis’s Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and all applicable laws and regulations. EasySynopsis reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access if any violation or attempted violation of these policies is identified. Additional actions, including legal remedies or removal of non-compliant content, may be taken where necessary.
All payments made to EasySynopsis are final. No refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, and refund requests will not be entertained.
